How do I create my first form?
After installing Formiva, navigate to the app in your Shopify admin. Click "Create Form" and follow the guided setup to build your form using our AI-powered form builder.
How do I embed a form on my store?
Once you've created a form, go to your theme editor and add the Formiva block to any page. Select the form you want to display from the dropdown.
Where can I view form submissions?
All form submissions are available in the Formiva app under the "Submissions" tab. You can view, export, and manage all responses there.
How do I delete my data?
You can request data deletion through our data deletion page. We will process your request within 30 days.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is transmitted securely using HTTPS encryption. Our servers are protected by Cloudflare and database access is restricted to internal services only. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
